How to Stop Receiving Messages

Want to stop hearing from us, or control how your data is used? Here’s how — step by step. And if you change your mind later, you can always subscribe again.

Unsubscribe from emails

If you’re getting our emails, it’s because you opted in at some point. To stop:

Open any email you received from us.
Scroll to the bottom and find the “Unsubscribe” link.
Click it — you’ll be taken to a page to confirm.
Confirm, and you’re done. It takes effect within 48 hours.

If the link isn’t visible, or you’d rather ask us directly, email [email protected] and we’ll remove your address — no cost, no login, nothing beyond your email address required. You can also use the form below:

Stop SMS messages

If you’re getting SMS messages from us, it’s because you opted in with your phone number. To stop:

Reply STOP to any SMS from us — that’s it, it takes effect right away. You can also reply HELP for assistance.
Prefer email? Write to [email protected] with your name and phone number, and we’ll remove you from the SMS list within 10 business days.
After you opt out, we never sell or transfer your number.

Turn off push notifications

If you’re getting push notifications, it’s because you allowed them on our site at some point. To turn them off:

Desktop (Chrome, Firefox, Edge): click the padlock icon in the address bar of Money Mindly and set Notifications to “Block.”
Android: open Settings, then Apps, then your browser, then Notifications — and turn off notifications for our domain.
iOS: open Settings, then your browser app, then Notifications — and turn off “Allow Notifications.”

California Residents — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can opt out of having your information shared with advertising partners at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject line “California Opt-Out Request.”

Nevada Residents

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request.”
